Ty Townsend

Owner - Lead Fabricator

Ty began his career in the automotive industry, working for Toyota as a flat-rate technician where he discovered his true passion: Metal Fabrication. What began as the need to build his own race car because he couldn't afford to hire someone, turned into a lifelong obsession. Ty fell in love with the process, developing his skills and acquiring more tools so that every project he takes on is completed with efficiency and precision. He has over 15 years of experience in custom metal fabrication and specializes in taking concepts and turning them into tangible creations. His high attention to detail ensures every piece meets high-quality standards.

When not at the shop, Ty can be found spending time with his family and friends or helping someone in need.

Cassandra Townsend

Co-Owner - Operations & Business Management

Cassandra has built a career rooted in leadership, business management, and organization. At Top Tier Fabrication she oversees operations, bookkeeping, scheduling, client support, and all things P&L while also bringing a creative eye to marketing, branding, and product development. She ensures the shop runs smoothly, balancing both the big picture and the fine details. 

Beyond her work at Top Tier Fab, Cassandra is a proud wife to Ty, her best friend since 2010 and husband since 2016, and mom to their two daughters. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Ty and contribute her talents to the vision of Top Tier Fabrication as a business and a family legacy.

Will Brone

Will started filming skateboarding in the early 2000s, and the camera has been in his hands ever since. After moving to Hendersonville, NC, in 2021, he launched a Snapchat channel called Useless Nonsense, filming daily and refining his style. What began as a hobby became the groundwork for his future in professional videography.

In 2024, while documenting Hurricane Helene relief efforts, Will met Ty and the Top Tier Fabrication team. That moment connected his passion for storytelling with the world of custom fabrication.

Will is versatile and focused on adding value wherever he films, whether it’s disaster relief, shop projects, or everyday life.
